Hugh Greeley is widely regarded as an expert in medical staff administration, hospital governance, credentialing, performance improvement, accreditation, antitrust issues and corporate negligence.
He is the author of numerous publications and articles. Before establishing HG Healthcare Consultants, LLC, Greeley was founder of The Greeley Co., a healthcare consulting and training firm, and was a founding partner of The Credentialing Institute.
Vicki L. Searcy, CPMSM
Vice President, Morrisey Consulting Services
Vicki L. Searcy is a nationally renowned and respected healthcare consultant. She has more than 25 years’ experience working with hospitals, healthcare systems, health plans, medical groups and credentialing verification organizations.
Searcy’s in-depth knowledge of quality management, case management, regulatory standards, accreditation and compliance, and credentialing and privileging allows her to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to an organization’s specific needs. She became vice president, Morrisey Consulting Services, in 2008.
Todd Sagin, MD, JD
HG Healthcare Consultants
A physician executive recognized for his work with hospital boards, medical staffs and physician organizations, Todd Sagin is a co-founder of HG Healthcare Consultants, LLC. Previously, he was vice president and national medical director of The Greeley Co., for more than five years.
Sagin is a popular lecturer, consultant, mediator and adviser to healthcare organizations. He has worked with several hundred of the nation’s medical staffs on issue ranging from organizational redesign and bylaws revisions, to medical staff development planning, peer review effectiveness, credentialing and the development of hospitalist programs.
Board certified in family medicine and geriatrics, Sagin has a law degree, has taught and practiced in community hospital and university settings, and is the author of numerous books and articles.
To promote highly effective, very efficient approaches and methodologies that may be used in credentialing, privileging and competency evaluation programs.
